excellent customer service , great and clear communication, fast answer, sorpriseme that I got the equipment in less than a week, the filter and how works is perfect. the control for programming each cycle for backwash is limited to around 75 minutes as maximum which is very short for my specific needs, also could be very convenient if the level sensor adjustment have a bigger range, or the sensor sopport can be desplace more longer for adjustment ourpose, and the other issue that I knowrest when the power goes off and power coming back, we need to manually push the bottom of the power in the control to turn the unit on.
